1. How long does it take for home delivery?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days in major cities across India. For other areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days. During sales or festive seasons, deliveries might take slightly longer.

2. Can I track my order after it has been shipped?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our services to other countries soon. Stay tuned for updates!

4. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible due to quick processing times. However, you can contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Why was my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled if the product is out of stock, or if there is an issue with the payment. In such cases, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and online payment options through secure gateways. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected regions in India.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we have a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details. Note that discounted items may not be eligible for return.

8. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, log into your account, go to "My Orders," and select the item you wish to return. Follow the steps provided, and we’ll schedule a pickup. Once the item is received and quality-checked, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

9. Are returns free of charge?

Yes, return pickups are free of charge. However, if you choose to return the item via another courier service, you will need to bear the shipping costs.

10. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.

12. Do you offer size assistance?

Yes, we have a size chart on each product page to help you choose the best fit. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team for guidance.

13. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change the delivery address. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
