Placing an Order: By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate information. Orders cannot be modified after they are placed; however, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, online payments, and cash on delivery (COD) in select regions within India. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges apply on orders below ₹999. For orders above this amount, we offer free shipping within India.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days for major cities and up to 10 business days for other locations. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Certain items like discounted items are not eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at theshinfashion@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as discounted items, or custom orders, are not eligible for refunds. Please review the product description before purchase.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellations are not possible.
Cancellation by The Shin: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if there is an issue with stock, pricing, or payment. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
